Alibaba Cloud and Synnex Strengthen Cloud Offering with New Partnership

Industry pioneers set to bring global opportunities and emerging cloud technologies to ANZ partners

Sydney, 28 October, 2019 - Alibaba Cloud, the data intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group, and Synnex, the leading IT Distributor in Australia and New Zealand, have today announced a new partnership across Australia and New Zealand. Alibaba Cloud's solutions will be integrated into the Synnex Cloud marketplace hub allowing partners to capitalise on new and emerging technologies at speed - whilst scaling to open up new opportunities across markets.

The announcement will see Synnex's 6,000 plus channel partners across Australia and New Zealand gain access to Alibaba Cloud's comprehensive portfolio of Public Cloud and Hybrid Cloud products and solutions.

The collaboration will also bring a number of benefits to partners by providing a complementary set of solutions with existing cloud vendors; an ability for partners to differentiate from current Australia and New Zealand public cloud providers; competitive market pricing for partners offering public cloud to clients; and Hybrid Cloud and Private Cloud capabilities for service providers of different sizes.
