Exception description: We monitored on January 25, 2017 10:47 that parts of mainland China accessing overseas Internet resources (including AliCloud Hong Kong) resource reported exceptions.
Exception reason: Abnormal preliminary judge for the telecom international links.

Exception recovered: Telecommunications reported that the issue has been resolved. We tested that the telecommunications’ original link has returned to normal. Alibaba Cloud has completed the link optimization by 11:27. Currently the quality of Hong Kong network through mainland China has returned to normal levels.

Status update: AliCloud link adjustments have been made, the mainland China visit Alibaba Cloud regional networks in Hong Kong has resumed, but the delay increases because the links will bypass. Alibaba Cloud has now reported to telecommunications, and will continue to cooperate with telecommunications.
