Important Notice: Alibaba Cloud Account System Upgrades

Dear Alibaba Cloud Users,
We have a scheduled upgrade on our Account Management System on September 7, 2016 23:00 UTC+8:00. The upgrade will take about 6 hours. During this period you will not be able to submit tickets, or modify your user account information. You cannot sign up new accounts, neither. Please note that the Alibaba Cloud Management Console will not be impacted by this upgrade.
