Upgrade to After-sales Support Basic Plan

Dear Customer,
Upgrade details:In order to enhance the experience of our users, Alibaba Cloud temporarily upgraded our after-sales support basic plan, details below :
1) During the upgrade period, each user is entitled for 6 technical support Tickets/Quarter(General Question <36h), instead of 3 Tickets/Quarter(General Question <36h).
2) It’s applicable for All Alibaba Cloud registrants regardless of the registration time.
3) After the promotion period, each user will be entitled to 3 tickets(General Question <36h) as per the standard plan.
4) The rest support plan will not be affected.
