February 25th RDS Coverage Restoration Function Offline Notification

Upgrade time Beijing time 00:00 on February 25, 2019 to 23:59:59 on February 25, 2019
Upgrade content : There is a high risk in the RDS coverage restoration function, and the data cannot be retrieved once an incorrect operation occurs, so Alibaba Cloud will turn off the RDS coverage restoration function on February 25, 2019. Upgrade impact : After the upgrade, the RDS coverage restoration function and the RestoreDBInstance interface will not be provided on the console. For database instance recovery operations, you are recommended to use the database recovery (original instance clone) function.
