Changes:
In order to provide you with better services, changes to the function of deleting RAM users and user Accesskeys (excluding cloud account Accesskeys) will be released from February 20 to February 21, 2023. The specific changes are as follows: RAM user and user AccessKey Recycle Bin will be released. The original delete function will be changed to move into Recycle Bin first by default. The RAM user and AccessKey moved into the Recycle Bin cannot be queried and used through normal manners. When you find mistakenly deleted, you can recover RAM users and Accesskeys from the Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin will be cleaned automatically and regularly. You can also actively delete RAM users and Accesskeys in the Recycle Bin.
Impact of change:
At 10:00 on February 20, 2023, after the OpenAPI released, the deleted RAM user and user Accesskey entered the recycle bin, and the resources in the recycle bin can be queried and managed through OpenAPI. The management console will release from 14:00 on February 20, 2023 to 20:00 on February 21, 2023. You need to wait for the console to go online before you can see the resources moved into the recycle bin at the entrance of the recycle bin and during the grayscale release on the operation interface.
