【Upgrade】Notification of RAM policy grammar verification upgrade

Upgrade content:
To help customers create functional and expected permission policies, we have upgraded the verification capability of permission policy. The verification will check whether the necessary elements are included in the policy content, and whether the value of the element complies with the specification. Involved OpenAPI: CreatePolicy、CreatePolicyVersion、CreateRole、UpdateRole
Upgrade Impact:
When you create or edit the policy (including the RAM role trust policy), if the policy document does not match the grammar specification, the "MalformedPolicyDocument" errors will be returned. If you receive this error, please check and modify your policy content.
