[Network Equipment Upgrade] Notice of Operating System Upgrade of SCBR Network Equipment from April 12, 2022 to April 13, 2022
Upgrade window: April 12, 2022, 23:00 - April 13, 2022, 07:00 Beijing time
Upgrade content: Operating System upgrade of all Static Bandwidth ISP out related SCBR network equipment, during which routing convergence may be triggered.
Upgrade impact: Users from Hangzhou and Shenzhen using China Telecom、China Unicom and China Mobile Static Bandwidth EIPs and customers accessing these EIPs might be impacted. Under normal circumstances, the users and customers have no perception of the impact. In abnormal cases, route convergence may cause two minute-level jitters. The jitter basically has no effect on the long-connection service with automatic reconnection function. Please ensure that you implement the reconnection and retry mechanism in your service to enhance the fault tolerance of your service.
