Upgrade impact: Users accessing Alibaba Cloud node in Hong Kong through China Telecom might be impacted. Under normal circumstances, the users have no perception on the impact. In abnormal cases, route convergence may cause two minute-level jitters. The jitter basically has no effect on the service.
