Upgrade window: Beijing time 01:00-09:00 on May 18, 2019 (PST 09:00-17:00 on May 17, 2019)
Upgrade content: In order to continuously improve the network quality, Alibaba Cloud will optimize and upgrade the network in the Asia Pacific SE 5 (Jakarta) region.
Impact of the upgrade: During the upgrade, there will be no impact under normal circumstances. In extreme cases, users accessing the cloud resources in the Asia Pacific SE 5 (Jakarta) region via the Internet connection may encounter packet loss for less than 8 hours (the packet loss rate will be about 20%), which may cause the users' Internet public network connection to be interrupted and the retransmission rate will rise. Please make sure there is a reconnection and retry mechanism in your business to ensure business fault tolerance.
