During the upgrade, as network traffic switching to links with longer routing paths, the quality of accessing Alibaba Cloud in the US (Silicon Valley) for some users in mainland China may be impaired (such as increased latency, network packets loss, etc.) , which will be restored once the upgrade is completed.
