[Alibaba Cloud] [IoT Platform] [Update on the Instance Types and Specifications of Enterprise Edition Instances on the International Site]

Dear Alibaba Cloud users, Alibaba Cloud will update the instance types and specifications of IoT Platform Enterprise Edition instances on the international site at 00:00:00 on June 1, 2023(UTC+8). If you have purchased Enterprise Edition instances on the international site, we recommend that you renew or upgrade the specifications of the instances before the update.

The following items are updated:
1.By default, the SLA specification of Standard instances is Standard Edition (SLA 99.95%). In the China (Shanghai) region, you can select High-availability Edition (SLA 99.99%). Other regions support only Standard Edition (SLA 99.95%).
2.By default, the SLA specification of Exclusive instances is High-availability Edition (SLA 99.99%) in the China (Shanghai) region. Other regions support only Standard Edition (SLA 99.95%). The prices for the values of each specification remain unchanged. To reduce your costs and provide more configuration options, Alibaba Cloud adds the following values to the Online Devices specification: 300,000, 400,000, 600,000, 700,000, 800,000, and 900,000 and adds the following values to the TPS of Uplink & Downlink Messages and TPS of Message Forwarding specifications: 30,000 TPS, 40,000 TPS, 60,000 TPS, 70,000 TPS, 80,000 TPS, and 90,000 TPS. If you want to increase the limit of a specification, submit a ticket.
3.You can no longer use an instance whose Online Devices specification is 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, or 10,000 free of charge.
4.The Video instance type is no longer supported. You can no longer use public bandwidth for videos of 10 Mbps and a video storage space of 1 TB for each Video instance that you purchased free of charge.
