[Abnormal Network Access] Notice of abnormal network access in Hong Kong and Singapore

From 11:43 AM on July 21, 2022, Beijing time, Alibaba Cloud has monintored abnormal network access from Hong Kong and Singapore regions to Liaoning, Heilongjiang,Beijing and other regions. After emergency troubleshooting by Alibaba Cloud engineers, it is preliminarily confirmed that the abnormal network access was caused by abnormal network links of operators. Alibaba Cloud has reported the abnormalities to the operator. After emergency repair by Alibaba Cloud engineers, the normal network access has been gradually recovered.
