Express Connect peering Upgrade Cloud Enterprise Network(CEN)

Dear Alibaba Cloud users:
Due to product upgrades, you cannot create new Express Connect peering connections beginning July 1, 2019. We recommend that you create Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instances instead. For more information about CEN instances, see https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/doc-detail/59870.htm.
However, you can continue to renew and upgrade Express Connect peering connections that you have already created. Technical support, API services, and tickets are still available for existing Express Connect peering connections.
If you need to replace an existing Express Connect peering connection with a CEN instance, Alibaba Cloud will provide you with the relevant tools. Thank You.
