Update Content: Change of IP related to SMTP in Singapore region of Direct Mail service
Upgrade Impact:
The IP of SMTP cluster domain name (smtpdm-ap-southeast-1.aliyun.com) in Singapore region of Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail service changes, and the impact of this upgrade includes:
1. The customers who set fixed IP (set 47.88.198.4 by Direct Mail users) to send emails;
2. Customers who use the domain name to send emails, but the sending service or host does IP cache for domain name resolution;
3. Customers who use the domain name to send emails but the sending host does mandatory domain name host binding or force DNS to resolve to the old IP address (47.88.198.4);
4. Customers who still use the old IP (47.88.198.4) for sending emails for any other reason;
Due to the above reasons, customers who are still using the old IP address (47.88.198.4) to send emails need to change to the new IP address: 47.246.110.138 to avoid affecting the SMTP sending service.
