QuickBI supported by ActionTrail will switch from Global Service to Non-Global Service

Description: Quick BI will be a non-global service after 18:00 on April 13, 2023 (UTC+8), which means you should query Quick BI events in your operation regions after this update while you may used to query only in Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). For more information about global services and global events, see [Global services that work with ActionTrail](https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/actiontrail/latest/global).
Impact:
1. When querying Quick BI events through ActionTrail console, you must select the operation regions.
2. When querying Quick BI events through LookupEvents API, you must set the region parameter to the operation regions.
3. When querying Quick BI events through other services integrated with ActionTrail(EventBridge etc.), you must use the operation regions.
