Forecast alert regarding network upgrade of Zone C China North 2 region

Schedule: From 1:30 to 6:30 on Dec 01, 2016 (UTC+8:00)
Reason: One software bug is reported in some network devices in Zone B China North 2 region. It might cause network risk on stability and continuity. Accordingly, Alibaba Cloud plans to upgrade those network devices.
Impact: There will be 8 times up to 30-second-packet-loss in Zone B China North 2 region during upgrade

As the network device upgrade plan need to be adjusted, we postpone the scheduled plan which will be conducted on Dec 01, 2016 (UTC+8:00) in Zone C, China North 2 region. The new schedule will be announced later. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
