Rule Adjustment Notice for Starter Package Data Transfer Deduction

Dear Alibaba Cloud user,

Data Transfer deduction rules for Starter Package will be adjusted from 15:00 on Sep. 25, 2017 (UTC+8). According to the new deduction rules, Starter Package ECS instances and Data Transfer are exclusively linked. Therefore, the package's Data Transfer only applies to relevant ECS instances purchased under the package and cannot be shared with other ECS instances purchased separately.

This adjustment to the Starter Package Data Transfer deduction rule will have no impact on packages activated before 15:00 on Sep. 25, 2017 (UTC+8), in which case the Data Transfer allowance can be shared with other ECS instances and for future renewals.
