Alibaba Cloud Releases SSH Key Pair Authentication

Dear Alibaba Cloud Users,

On April 25th 2017, Alibaba Cloud will release SSH key pair authentication to enable easier, more secure logon to ECS instances, as well as an enhanced ability to remotely access a large number of instances. Using SSH key pairs, you can:

1. Directly log on to your Linux instances, supporting higher security.

2. Authenticate across all of your ECS instances using your private key instances, enabling remote access to a larger number of Linux instances.

When creating a Linux instance, you can now select SSH key pair creation, and attach them to new or existing Linux instances, or you can log on directly to the instances with your password.
