We are sorry to inform you that due to service updates and iterations, Alibaba Cloud will shut down Web Hosting and stop all the related services on April 1, 2022. To ensure the quality of user experience and the continuity of your business, we provide you with Simple Application Server. Please be sure to migrate the websites deployed on your Web Hosting instances to your simple application server at your earliest opportunity before April 1, 2022. Then, you can unsubscribe from Web Hosting to obtain a full refund for the unused resources. There is a risk of data loss if you fail to complete the migration on time. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you by the service adjustment.

No, you can no longer use your Web Hosting instance after March 31, 2022.

No, you can no longer purchase or upgrade a Web Hosting instance because Alibaba Cloud has stopped the sales of Web Hosting.
3. Can I renew my Web Hosting instances any longer?
After the announcement, you can renew at most once and the renewal time is 1 month. The renewal will stop on February 28, 2022. If you fail to migrate your websites deployed on a Web Hosting instance within 15 days after the instance expires, submit a ticket to apply for a temporary recovery of the service. Then, you can migrate your websites from the Web Hosting instance to your simple application server.
Note: We recommend that you migrate your websites at your earliest opportunity within 15 days after your Web Hosting instances expire. You can continue to use your Web Hosting instances within 15 days after the instances expire. After the 15-day period, the instances are suspended.
