LunchBox is a smart restaurant solution - Point of Sales (POS) which is an ideal solution for restaurants to run a successful business. Designed by experts in the field, LunchBox provides restaurateurs with in-depth visibility into customer relationships, staff management, scheduling, table seating, inventory management, and payments processing on a centralized platform. It helps businesses drive more revenue, turn customers into lifelong patrons, reduce ticket times, and minimize paperwork and administration tasks.

One of the major requirements of LunchBox was to host their payment platform on a secure, robust, scalable, and reliable environment. Furthermore, LunchBox was able to enhance the availability and performance of its databases using Alibaba Cloud's fully hosted online database services. The cloud-based security services by Alibaba Cloud also helped them to protect data from malicious cyberattacks.
Additionally, Alibaba Cloud provided top-notch, 24/7 tech support via DingTalk and various other channels. By taking advantage of these features and the flexibility of the cloud, LunchBox managed to reduce the cost of its IT resources and provide higher reliability for its digital POS solution

Alibaba Cloud offered best-in-class solutions that helped LunchBox grow without network connectivity outages, bandwidth issues, or cyber-attacks. With Elastic Compute Service (ECS), LunchBox was able to use secure virtual servers to scale its global operations and provide better quality services to its customers. Alibaba Cloud also helped LunchBox migrate to the cloud seamlessly through the Data Transmission Service (DTS). Alibaba Cloud also offered a free, real-time, centralized dashboard, enabling LunchBox to monitor various business-critical operations quickly. The solutions that Alibaba Cloud offered include:
