Digital Intelligence provides Thailand’s top entertainment companies with turnkey development projects. Alibaba Cloud provided a highly secure and encrypted infrastructure, which included compliance with several international standards. The scalability of Alibaba Cloud’s integrated globally infrastructure also allowed Digital Intelligence to connect and handle requests across multiple countries all in one solution.

Now, Digital Intelligence is earning directly from live fanbase voting, global live ticket sales and video on demand. It can directly sell merchandise to a global fanbase and deliver those goods to their doorstep. Thanks to Alibaba Cloud’s analytics solutions, Digital Intelligence can understand its fanbase across 30 countries and communicate with them through mini-campaigns and gamified engagement methods.

Alibaba Cloud installed a primary Elastic Compute Service (ECS) cloud server with replication of another ECS to concurrently update an ApsaraDB RDS database. ECS also serves the web front-end and API to mobile applications separately.

These components were integrated with Alibaba Cloud’s Object Storage Service (OSS) for both static and dynamic file data, Direct Mail to send automatic emails, and our Content Distribution Network (CDN).

Using ApsaraVideo Live RTS (Real-Time Streaming) with Alibaba Cloud’s cross-border Global Accelerator and CDN, Digital Intelligence benefited from live streaming to multiple countries. These video streams use Narrowband HD to help reduce bandwidth. Digital Intelligence also uses Machine Translation to translate live speech into local languages, further improving the user experience for its global audiences.

These new customer insights and revenue streams are driving Digital Intelligence’s future marketing campaigns and helping the company identify new development products and digital content.
