We shall inform Alibaba Cloud (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd if there are changes that may revoke the eligibility for Service Tax Exemption pursuant to Service Tax (Persons Exempted from Payment of Tax) Order 2018. We agree that in any circumstances that Customs doesn't agree with this exemption due to a valid reason, Alibaba Cloud (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd may recover the exempted Service Tax amount from us in due course.
