资源管理：DestroyResourceDirectory - 关闭资源目录

接口说明

关闭资源目录前，请确认已完成以下操作：

• 资源目录内所有云账号类型的成员已被移除。具体操作，请参见 RemoveCloudAccount 。

• 资源目录内除 Root 资源夹外的资源夹已全部删除。具体操作，请参见 DeleteFolder 。
