By purchasing the Alibaba Cloud Support Plan Service(including Alibaba Cloud Enterprise On-Ramp Support Plan and Alibaba Cloud Partner Growth Plan) through any of your Alibaba Cloud accounts that have completed account verification, it shall be deemed that you have given your consent that all Alibaba Cloud accounts you have registered and completed account verification shall besubject to this Addtional Terms and Conditions for Support Plan Services.The coverage of theSupport Plan Service can then extend to both the Alibaba Cloud accounts you have already registered and completed account verification , and any newly registered Alibaba Cloud accounts with their account verification completed within the validity period of your Support Plan Service purchase. In such case, any and all operations performed under any youraforementioned account shall be deemed to have been performed by yourself through your own account, and you shall bear all corresponding responsibilities and service fees incurred.
You acknowledge and agree that, if you use the Support Plan Service, it is considered that you authorize Alibaba Cloud the necessary system permissions required to provide the service, with regard to all Alibaba Cloud accounts you have registered and completed account verification. Alibaba Cloud will provide services within the scope of your authorization, including conducting risk inspections, water-level analyses, performance metric monitoring, and anomaly event monitoring for all cloud service instances you have purchased under your aforementioned accounts, as well as periodically providing service reports. After the activation of the Support Plan Service you purchased, Alibaba Cloud will provide suchspecific services to you via a dedicated chatgroup on DingTalk Enterprise. You must ensure that all individuals added to the dedicated DingTalk chatgroup have obtained your legal, valid, sufficient, and necessary authorization to participate in the course of the Support Plan Service provided by Alibaba Cloud to you, and to receive, process, and act upon relevant information.
