簡介
我們的產品目標，是在合規的情況下讓阿里雲上的 Salesforce 與全球其他地方的 Salesforce 儘可能保持一致。本文檔是對目前時間點產品差異化的描述，並將不斷迭代更新。
阿里雲上的 Salesforce 提供四個版本：用於生產用途的 CN 無限版（簡稱 CN UE）和 CN 企業版（簡稱 CN EE）以及用於應用程式開發目的的 CN 研發版（CN Developer）。CN 專業版（簡稱 CN PE）已在Summer'25夏季版本中正式發布，其功能和限制與專業版本保持一致。所有版本都是為滿足中國本地合規性和獨特市場需求而量身定製的 Salesforce 應用程式。 CN 版具有與 Salesforce 全球版相同的限制和額度（例如儲存和 API 等）。一些需要額外網路設計和串連的功能，預設關閉。某些功能取決於我們的產品路線圖，並將在未來的版本中提供。與全球其他地方的 Salesforce CRM 一樣，阿里雲上的 Salesforce CRM 遵循同樣的每年 3 次主要發布時間表。
重要更新
我們在 Summer'25夏季版中：
1）正式發布 Prompt Builder（依賴 CXG AI Connector）；
2）正式發布 CN Pro Edition（CN專業版，簡稱 CN PE）；
3）以邀測形式提供 Loyalty Management 相關產品的預覽發布（暫不提供產品支援）。

健康雲

另外，OmniStudio Designer 及其相關功能（Patient Card，Utilization，Survey & Assessment，Integrated Care Management，Insurance Group Benefit）目前不可用。OmniScript 和 OmniStudio Runtime 在阿里雲上的 Salesforce 中已可用，並可使用 Salesforce 開發工具進行部署。
AI、Data Cloud、Data Processing Engine 和 CRM Analytics 在阿里雲上不可用。
Salesforce Scheduler
Salesforce Scheduler 的 Data Integration Rules 明確了以下功能與地理位置資料功能，又稱 Geocoding 之間的依賴關係。
Geocoding 已對如下對象啟用：
Service Appointment：啟用了 Geocodes for Service Appointment Address Data Integration規則。
Service Territory：啟用了 Geocodes for Service Territory Address Data Integration規則。
Resource Absence：啟用了 Geocodes for Resource Absence Address Data Integration規則。
Service Territory Member：啟用了 Geocodes for Service Territory Member Address Data Integration規則。
這些 Geocoding 服務和位置服務功能依賴於與外部地圖解決方案的整合，而這些解決方案在阿里雲上的 Salesforce 不可用。由於這些地區性差異，開發人員需要編寫跳過 Service Territory 選擇螢幕的流程，具體說明請參考協助文檔。
阿里雲上的 Salesforce 網域名稱
在使用 Salesforce 產品時，某些網域名稱應被列入白名單，以便您的應用程式可正常運行。有關詳細資料，請參閱help.salesforce.com 上的協助和培訓文章。
下表中，左側列展示了使用者在全球其他地區的 Salesforce Org 中使用的設定，中間列展示了在阿里雲上的 Salesforce Org 中使用的設定。
截至 Summer'25 版本，阿里雲上的 Salesforce 不提供 Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager 和 OmniChannel；但是本文檔中提供了相關網域名稱，以供將來使用。
Setup Domain（"my-domain".setup.sfcrmproducts.cn）已在 Winter'25版本中啟用，這樣可以解決某些瀏覽器中第三方 Cookie 被阻止的問題。

Introduction
Although product goal is to keep Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud be identical to the rest of the world when compliance permits. This document is a description of the current point in time and will evolve in the future.
Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud offers four editions: CN Unlimited Edition (formerly "CN Edition") and CN Enterprise Edition for production use and CN Developer Edition for application development purposes. CN Professional Edition ("CN PE") has been added for the Summer'25 Release, and is aligned with the features and limits of Professional Edition. All editions are Salesforce applications tailored to meet both the local compliance and unique market needs in China. CN Edition has limits and platform allocations (such as storage and API etc) that are equivalent to Salesforce global versions. Some features that require additional network design and connections are turned off by default. Some features are subject to our product roadmap and will be made available in future releases. Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud follows the same 3 times/year major release schedule.
Updates
In the Summer'25 release:
1). Prompt Builder (dependent on CXG AI Connector) is officially released.
2). CN Pro Edition (CN PE) is officially released.
3). Loyalty Management is in limited preview by invitation only (the features are currently being tested and do not have production support).

Salesforce Scheduler
The Data Integration Rules for Salesforce Scheduler calls out the following dependencies on the Geocoding service.
The geolocation data feature, known as geocoding, is enabled for these objects:
Service appointments. Uses the Geocodes for Service Appointment Address data integration rule.
Service territories. Uses the Geocodes for Service Territory Address data integration rule.
Resource absences. Uses the Geocodes for Resource Absence Address data integration rule.
Service territory members. Uses the Geocodes for Service Territory Member Address data integration rule.
These geocoding and location services depend on integrations to external mapping solutions that are not available in China. Due to these regional differences, developers should write flows that skip the Service Territory selection screen, as is described in the help documentation.
Domains for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud
In instances managed by Salesforce.com, some domains should be allow-listed in order for the app function fully. This is described in the following help and training article at help.salesforce.com.
