該介面用於將OSS上的自建SQL Server備份檔案還原到RDS SQL Server執行個體，實現資料上雲。

前提條件
已將自建 SQL Server 備份資料上傳至 OSS 中。
使用限制
不支援跨阿里雲帳號遷移資料。例如，不支援將主帳號 A 中 OSS 上的備份檔案遷移至主帳號 B 中的 RDS SQL Server 執行個體中。
若要跨帳號遷移資料，請先將源帳號 A 下的 OSS 資料複製到目標帳號 B 下的 OSS 儲存空間，確保 OSS 資料和 RDS SQL Server 執行個體在同一阿里雲主帳號下時，再使用本文介面建立遷移任務。
