調用DeleteVirtualBorderRouter介面刪除VBR執行個體。
介面說明
在調用 DeleteVirtualBorderRouter 介面刪除 VBR 執行個體之前，請注意：
刪除 VBR 執行個體之前，必須刪除 VBR 執行個體上所有的路由器介面。
只能刪除 unconfirmed、active 或 terminated 狀態的 VBR 執行個體。
其他帳號的 VBR 執行個體只有處於 unconfirmed 狀態時，才可以被物理專線的所有者刪除。
