This topic describes how to create, close, and view details for various ticket types in DMS, including data change, schema change, and data export.
Usage notes
Tickets cannot be deleted from DMS after creation.
Create a ticket
Log in to DMS 5.0.
Hover over the
icon in the upper-left corner, select All Features, and then click the target feature.NoteIf you are using the console in normal mode, you can click Database Development in the top navigation bar and then select the target feature.
(Optional) For schema design, SQL review, database cloning, test data generation, or data tracking, click the corresponding feature button in the upper-right corner to go to the ticket configuration page.

On the ticket configuration page, configure the ticket.
The following topics describe how to create different types of tickets:
Schema change: schema design, schema synchronization, lock-free schema change, shadow table synchronization, Empty Database Initialization, and Table Consistency Repair.
Data change: regular data change, lock-free data change, historical data cleanup, programmable objects, and data import.
Data export: database export and SQL result set export.
Environment construction: database cloning and test data generation.
SQL review and data tracking.
Modify ticket information
On the DMS console homepage, click My Tickets.

Find the ticket in the list and click its ticket number to modify the information on the details page.
Before you submit the ticket, you can modify its information on the ticket configuration page.
If the SQL statements fail the precheck after submission, you can modify them, but no other ticket information can be changed.
Close a ticket
Closing a ticket terminates any associated tasks that are running or scheduled to run.
On the DMS console homepage, click My Tickets.
Filter for the target ticket by Status and Ticket Type.

Click the ticket number and then Close Ticket in the upper-right corner. Enter a reason for the closure and click Submit.
View ticket details
On the DMS console homepage, click My Tickets.
Filter for the target ticket by Status and Ticket Type.
Click the ticket number to view the ticket details.
