What do I do if the "License Failed" error occurs?

  1. Check whether the license that you purchased or your trial license expires and whether you obtained a license for the short video SDK. For more information about how to check whether a license is expired, see Obtain and use a license of the short video SDK.
  2. Check whether the information that you submit to apply for a trial is correct.
    • If you use iOS, make sure that you submit the correct bundle ID of your application.
    • If you use Android, check whether you submit the correct package name and MD5-based signature.

      Download the SignatureUtils.java file and call SignatureUtils#getSingInfo(Context context) to obtain the package name and signature.

Check whether the version of the license that you applied for is the same as the license that you use. What are the differences between face stickers, face AR, and animated stickers?

Face stickers are a feature in video recording, which allows you to add stickers to recognized faces. Only the short video SDK Professional Edition supports this feature. Face AR is a feature in Queen SDK that requires additional authorization. Animated stickers are a feature in video editing. Only the short video SDK Professional Edition supports this feature.
