What if a consumed message is not reflected in the tracing data, and the Client IP and Consumer ID are incorrect?

The cause is that the client is not upgraded to the version that supports Message Tracing. As a result, MQ’s trace query backend can only retrieve a part of the tracing data, leading to a display of false result. It’s recommended to update your client at your earliest convenience.
