When I purchase a certificate, an error message that indicates an activation failure appears on the Confirm Order page.

Causes

The issue may occur due to the following causes:

You have not performed real-name verification for your account in the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.
Your account is a RAM user, and the RAM user is not granted the AliyunYundunCertFullAccess permission to manage certificates.

Solutions

You can use one of the following methods to address this issue:

Grant the AliyunYundunCertFullAccess permission to the RAM user to manage certificates. For more information about RAM user authorization, see Grant permissions to a RAM user.
