Yes. You can suspend or reactivate your account anytime by opening a ticket to Alibaba Cloud support team.
Note: You cannot log on to or access any services in the console once your account is suspended.
Follow the steps to suspend your account:
Terminate all your Alibaba Cloud resources.
Stop and release the Pay-As-You-Go resources you are currently using to avoid any future consumption charges (the Subscription resources cannot be terminated). Back up any data you want to retain.
Pay all the outstanding charges.
Make sure that you have no outstanding charges on your account before you suspend the account. Any requests for suspending an account with outstanding charges is rejected by Alibaba Cloud. You must clear all your outstanding payments and then open a ticket to suspend your account.
Modify your account information and delete your payment information.
Suspending your account does not automatically remove any user information or payment method information. You must log on to the console to change your account information.
If you want to remove the default payment method, you must clarify that in the ticket you open. (Note: Any requests for deleting all payment methods with outstanding charges is rejected by Alibaba Cloud.)

Open a ticket.Provide the following information when opening a ticket:
The first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
Name of the card holder as it appears on the credit card.
Your information remains secure and confidential and only be used to authenticate that you are the owner of the account.
If you want to reactivate your account, you can open a new ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org.
