How quickly will I get feedback? And how long will my problem be resolved?

Our first-time response time is based on the support plan each user chooses and the type of tickets submitted. We will use all reasonable efforts to provide initial response within the following time frames:


Basic Plan

Developer Plan

Business Plan

Enterprise Plan

Normal Tickets

<36 hours


<8 hours


<40 minutes


<15 minutes


For service unavailability tickets, the first-contact response time is less than 15 minutes (7*24).

The overall time it takes for us to resolve the problems depends on the problem complexity. However, our team will work closely together with you to fix the issues as soon as possible.
