Remotely obtaining the Binlog record from ApsaraDB for RDS for MySQL

1. Connect to ApsaraDB for RDS for MySQL and view its binlog file with either of the following commands:

show master logs;


show binary logs;


2. Use the --read-from-remote-server parameter to remotely retrieve the mysql-bin.000497 file (for example) and save it to the local a.sql file.

mysqlbinlog  -umolan -p --read-from-remote-server mysql-bin.000497 >a.sql.png

3. Open the binlog file and view the content.
