Resolution

Follow these steps to locate the cause and resolve this problem:

  1. Check if the root account is used for installation, and run the ls -al /etc/init.d/aegis command to check if you have the permission to operate on the /etc/init.d/aegis directory.

  2. Check if Cloud Lock is deployed on your server. You can run the ps -ef | grep yunsuo_agent or ps aux | grep yunsuo command to perform the check.

If Cloud Lock is installed on the server, the Server Guard agent installation may be intercepted. We recommend that you try the installation after temporarily disabling the Cloud Lock.

By default, the Cloud Lock is located at /usr/local/yunsuo_agent.
