When setting the Alarm Policy in CloudMonitor, you may fail to see the contact information, even after clicking Quickly Create a Contact Group.

Follow these steps to add an alarm contact:

  1. Log on to the CloudMonitor console, and click Alarm Contact.
  2. Click New Contact.
  3. Enter contact information and complete the mobile phone verification, and to create a contact, click Save. You can create multiple contacts, and click  Alarm Contact Group > 新建联系组 Create a Contact Group.
  4. You can add the contacts you have created to the group and click Save.
  5. Re-create the Alarm Rule. Now, you can view the created contact groups and the information about created contacts under the Quickly Create a Contact Group tab.
