The group ID does not exist

Possible causes

The group ID has not been created in the console. As a result, when this group ID is used to connect to the broker, verification fails on the broker.

Recommended solution

Perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to the RocketMQ console and choose Groups and then create a group ID.

  2. Restart the application.
