:Check the CIDR blocks of containers and nodes in an ACK cluster

Last Updated:Aug 04, 2021

Overview

This topic describes how to check the CIDR blocks of containers and nodes in a Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) cluster in the ACK console.

Details

The procedure varies based on the network plug-in used by your ACK cluster. Perform the following steps based on the network plug-in of your cluster.

Clusters that use Flannel

Check the container CIDR block

  1. Log on to the ACK console. Click the name of the cluster that you want to check to go to the cluster details page.
  2. Click the Basic Information tab. Find Pod CIDR Block and record the value that is displayed to the right side of this field. This value is the CIDR block of containers in the cluster.

Check the node CIDR block

  1. Log on to the ACK console. Click the name of the cluster that you want to check to go to the cluster details page.
  2. Click the Cluster Resources tab. Click the virtual private cloud (VPC) ID to the right side of VPC.
  3. On the page that appears, find IPv4 CIDR Block and record the value that is displayed to the right side of this field. This value is the CIDR block of nodes in the cluster.

Clusters that use Terway

Check the container CIDR block

  1. Log on to the ACK console. Click the name of the cluster that you want to check to go to the cluster details page.
  2. Click the Cluster Resources tab. Click the vSwitch ID to the right side of Pod VSwitch.
  3. On the page that appears, find IPv4 CIDR Block and record the value that is displayed to the right side of this field. This value is the CIDR block of containers in the cluster.

Check the node CIDR block

  1. Log on to the ACK console. Click the name of the cluster that you want to check to go to the cluster details page.
  2. Click the Cluster Resources tab. Click Go to Node Pool.
  3. On the Node Pools page, click the name of the node pool that you want to view. On the details page of the node pool, click the vSwitch ID to the right side of Node Vswitch in the Node Configurations section.
  4. On the page that appears, find IPv4 CIDR Block and record the value that is displayed to the right side of this field. This value is the CIDR block of nodes in this node pool of the cluster.
