Function Compute (2.0):How does Function Compute access RDS?

The IP address for a function may change while the function is being executed. For this reason, you must configure your ApsaraDB for RDS (RDS) instance to allow access from all IP addresses. However, enabling access from all IP addresses is a security risk. Function Compute supports virtual private cloud (VPC) configuration. You can grant permissions to your functions, which allow them to securely access resources in a VPC. For more information, see Configure functions to access VPC resources.
