    Create Agentic Computer in the AI Management Center, configure models, and integrate with DingTalk for IM-based command dispatching.

    Overview

    What is Agentic Computer

    Agentic Computer is a cloud-based AI Agent built on the OpenClaw framework for enterprise users. It provides secure, manageable, and ready-to-use AI Agent infrastructure. Enterprise administrators centrally create Agent instances, configure underlying models and permission policies, and assign them to end users. End users interact with Agentic Computer through WUYING Workspace clients or third-party IM platforms (DingTalk, Lark, WeCom, WeChat, QQ), and Agentic Computer executes tasks on their behalf in a cloud environment.

    Prerequisites

    Accounts and authentication

    You have activated an Alibaba Cloud account and completed your profile information.

    Create end users

    • You can follow Create a convenience account to quickly create a convenience account, or refer to Set up user accounts to select an account type that best fits your enterprise.

    • Obtain the logon credentials, including the organization ID, office network ID, username, and password.

    Create Agentic Computer

    1. Go to the AI Management Center.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Agent > Agentic Computer.

    3. On the Cloud Agentic Computer tab, click Create Cloud Agentic Computer.

    4. On the creation page, Agent Type defaults to Agentic Computer. Select a plan based on your business needs:

      Note

      • Plan prices vary by region. The actual cost is displayed on the cloud desktop purchase page. We recommend that you consider both network latency (select a nearby region) and price when choosing a region.

      • Credits measure the computing resources consumed when AI executes tasks. The actual consumption depends on task complexity and the model used. For estimated consumption per feature and model, see Credit consumption reference.

        • When your monthly credits are exhausted, Agentic Computer cannot continue using the built-in plan models, even if the plan is still active. You can wait for the next monthly credit reset, subscribe to a Wuying shared credit package, or Configure custom models.

        • After the plan expires, Agentic Computer cannot be used even if credits remain. You must renew the plan to continue using the service.

    5. Configure Quantity, Duration, Region, and Office Network. You can keep the default settings if no specific requirements apply.

      Note

      Agentic Computer requires Internet access. Select an office network with public network access enabled. If your current office network does not have this enabled, go to the Office Network page and configure it under Internet Access Control > Public Bandwidth > Internet Access Control.

    6. Click Buy Now and complete the payment to create Agentic Computer.

    Configure models for Agentic Computer

    Agentic Computer plans include preconfigured models that are ready to use after purchase. If your monthly plan credits are exhausted and you need to add models from a shared credit package, follow these steps.

    Create a model group

    1. On the Agentic Computer page, click the Model Configuration tab.

    2. Click Create Model Group, enter a model group name, and complete the creation.

    Add models

    1. Select the Model Group you created, and click Add Model.

      Note

      Each model group supports up to 50 models.

    2. Click Add Model. In the panel, select a model integration method. The following three methods are supported:

      • Wuying Model: Offers a range of mainstream large language models at competitive prices. Supported models include Qwen Max, Qwen Plus, Qwen Coder, Qwen Flash, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM, MiniMax, and more.

        • Wuying Package Model: Consumes credits included in your plan. No additional purchase required.

        • Wuying Credit Package Model: Requires a separate Wuying shared credit package subscription.

      • Model Square: Integrates with model service providers such as Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

      • Custom Model Configuration: Adds your own model endpoints. Supports OpenAI API and Anthropic API compatible modes.

    3. (Optional) Select a model and click the Set as Default Model button on its card.

      Note

      If no default model is set, the system uses the first model added as the default.

    Assign Agentic Computer to a user

    1. On the Cloud Agentic Computer tab, click More > View/Add Users in the Actions column for the target Agentic Computer.

    2. In the View/Add Users panel, click Add User, search for the target user, and complete the assignment.

    Important

    Each cloud Agentic Computer instance supports only one user. To change the assigned user, remove the current user first and then add a new one.

    Chat with Agentic Computer

    After completing the configuration above, the authorized end user can log on to the WUYING Workspace client and start chatting with Agentic Computer to verify that the environment deployment and model configuration are working properly.

    Important

    Verify the following three items before logging on:

    • Client version: Must be 8.5.3 or later. Download the latest version from the WUYING Workspace client download page.

    • Must log on with an enterprise end user account: Log on with the enterprise end user account created in Prerequisites. Otherwise, the client will not display the Enterprise Edition Agentic Computer entry.

    • User is authorized: The logged-on user must have been assigned to the target Agentic Computer (see Assign Agentic Computer to a user). Each cloud Agentic Computer instance can only be assigned to one user.

    Log on to the client

    1. Launch the WUYING Workspace client. If not installed, download it from the WUYING Workspace client download page.

    2. On the client logon page, select Enterprise Edition & Business Edition in the upper-left corner.

    3. Log on with the enterprise end user account. Select Password Login.

    4. Enter the Organization ID or Office Network ID.

    5. Enter the Username and Password to complete the logon.

    Start a conversation

    1. After logging on, click Start Conversation.

    2. Enter a question or command to start chatting with Agentic Computer.

    Integrate with DingTalk and chat with the bot

    Note

    DingTalk integration is an optional extension, not a required step. After completing the steps above, you can use Agentic Computer directly through the WUYING Workspace client. If you need to dispatch commands through an IM platform, continue with the following DingTalk integration steps.

    Agentic Computer supports IM platform integration, enabling you to dispatch commands to Agentic Computer through chat. The following example uses DingTalk. For other integration options, see More channel integrations.

    1. Go to the AI Management Center.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Agentic Computer.

    3. Click the Channel Configuration tab.

    4. In the Actions column of the target Agent, click View/Configure Channel.

    5. On the DingTalk card, click Configure Now.

    In the dialog box that appears, select one of the following methods to complete the bot integration:

    Note

    • The cloud desktop image version must be Linux 3.0.10 or later. To update, restart the cloud desktop.

    1. Click Send Now. The system sends an SMS or email containing the access link to the authorized user.

    2. The authorized user opens the URL from the SMS or email to access the binding page and obtain a QR code (you can also copy the URL directly from the console).

    3. Scan the QR code with DingTalk to bind the bot.

    4. Chat with the bot in DingTalk to verify the connection.

    Note

    If another bot is already bound, scanning the code will replace it.

    Link an existing bot

    Create a DingTalk application

    Note

    Your DingTalk organization must have developer permissions. If your organization does not have this permission, see Obtain developer permissions. If you do not have a suitable organization, scan the QR code below with DingTalk on your mobile device to quickly create one.image

    1. Log on to the DingTalk Open Platform developer console.

    2. In the top navigation bar, click App Development. On the App Development page, click Create Now to create an OpenClaw bot application with one click.

    3. On the Create OpenClaw page, enter basic information such as the bot name, description, and icon. You can also keep the default settings and click OK to complete the creation.

    4. After creation, the page displays the Client ID and Client Secret for the application. Copy and save them immediately — you will need them when configuring the DingTalk channel in the AI Management Center.

      Note

      The Client ID and Client Secret are core credentials for accessing application data. Keep them secure and do not share them.

    Enter credentials to complete the linkage

    1. Go back to the AI Management Center, enter the Client ID and Client Secret of the DingTalk application, and click OK.

    2. Chat with the bot in DingTalk to verify the connection.

    Chat with the DingTalk bot

    1. Open DingTalk and enter the name of the DingTalk application you created in the search box at the top.

    2. In the search results, click the bot under the Features section to open the chat.

    3. Enter a question or command to start chatting with the DingTalk bot.

    FAQ

    You may encounter the following issues when creating and configuring Agentic Computer:

    Troubleshooting and resolution

    Any of the following occurs when logging on to the client:

    • The QR code on the logon page fails to load or keeps loading

    • After logging on with a mobile number and SMS verification code, the page refreshes repeatedly or logon never succeeds

    • Cannot log on to the original account after switching to a different host or computer

    These symptoms are typically caused by one of the following. Troubleshoot in order:

    1. Local network issue: Check your network connection. Try disabling VPN or proxy and retry.

    2. Outdated client version: Upgrade the client to version 8.5.3 or later. Older versions may fail to refresh the QR code due to certificate or service endpoint changes.

    3. Mobile number or account issue (SMS verification logon only): Confirm that the mobile number has mobile number logon enabled. If the issue persists, contact your enterprise administrator to check the user status (whether the account is disabled or has been assigned an Agentic Computer instance).

    4. Logon security policy restrictions: Security policies configured by the enterprise administrator may block logon from new devices or hosts. Contact the administrator to check the following settings:

      • Client logon verification: When enabled, convenience accounts must complete SMS or email verification when logging on from a new device.

      • Trusted device authentication / Block untrusted terminal logon: When enabled, only devices added as designated logon terminals can log on. Contact the administrator to add the new device as a trusted terminal.

    End user account has been created and logon succeeds, but Agentic Computer is not visible or the Start Conversation button is not clickable.

    1. Confirm that the user has been assigned to the target Agentic Computer in the AI Management Center (see Assign Agentic Computer to a user). Each cloud Agentic Computer instance can only be assigned to one user — ensure the slot is not already taken.

    2. Confirm that you logged on with an enterprise end user account.

    3. Confirm that the client version is 8.5.3 or later. Older versions do not support the Agentic Computer entry.

    An error indicating an invalid API Key or verification failure occurs when adding a model.

    1. Go to the API Key management page in the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio console and recopy the full API Key (starts with sk-). Ensure no prefix or trailing characters are missing.

    2. Check the API Key status to confirm it has not been disabled or expired. If expired, create a new API Key.

    3. Confirm that your Alibaba Cloud Model Studio account has sufficient balance. If overdue, top up your account first.

    After channel configuration, the DingTalk bot does not respond or returns an authentication failure.

    Go to the DingTalk Open Platform, recheck the Client ID and Client Secret under Credentials and Basic Information, and ensure they match the values entered in the channel configuration.

    Model invocation errors or no response when chatting with Agentic Computer.

    1. On the model configuration tab, confirm that a model group has been created and contains at least one available model.

    2. If using a manually added model, verify that the API Key is correct and the corresponding model service is running. You can test the API Key directly in the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio console.

    3. On the Cloud Agentic Computer tab, check the credit usage details to confirm whether your plan credits are sufficient. If credits are insufficient, upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits.

    What to do next

    More channel integrations

    Update the image version

    When a new version of Agentic Computer is released, you can upgrade the image by restarting. After the restart, Agentic Computer automatically pulls and applies the latest image version.

    1. Go to the AI Management Center.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Agent > Agentic Computer.

    3. On the Cloud Agentic Computer tab, locate the Agentic Computer instance that you want to upgrade, and click Restart in the Actions column.

      Important

      Before restarting, make sure all files on the cloud desktop are saved. Unsaved files will be lost during the restart and cannot be recovered.

    4. Wait for the restart to complete. During the restart, the Agentic Computer status changes to Restarting and returns to Running after completion, indicating that the image has been upgraded to the latest version.

    Configure custom models

    Add your own models through Model Square or Custom Model Configuration.

    Model Studio pay-as-you-go

    1. Obtain an API key.

    2. In the AI Management Center, click Add Model.

    3. Select Model Square > Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

    4. Based on the region of your API Key, select the corresponding option from the Base URL drop-down list:

      • China (Beijing): https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1

      • Singapore: https://dashscope-intl.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1

      • US (Virginia): https://dashscope-us.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1

    5. Enter the API Key.

    Model Studio Token Plan

    1. Go to the Token Plan Team Edition purchase page. Select the seat type and quantity, and complete the subscription.

    2. API Key: On the Token Plan Team Edition page, copy your dedicated API Key.

    3. In the AI Management Center, click Add Model.

    4. Select Model Square > Model Studio Token Plan.

    5. Select the compatibility mode and corresponding Base URL from the table below:

    6. Enter the API Key.

    Model Studio Coding Plan

    1. Subscribe to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Coding Plan and generate and save an API Key.

    2. In the AI Management Center, click Add Model.

    3. Select Custom Model Configuration.

    4. Select the compatibility mode and corresponding Base URL from the table below:

    5. Enter the API Key.

    Other providers

    The Model Square offers providers such as SiliconFlow, Moonshot AI, MiniMax, and Zhipu AI, which you can select and configure directly. If the provider you need is not listed in Model Square, you can use Custom Model Configuration to integrate it. Follow these steps to configure a custom model:

    1. Obtain the Base URL and API Key from the corresponding provider.

    2. In the AI Management Center, click Add Model.

    3. Select Custom Model Configuration.

    4. Enter the Model Provider Name and Model Provider ID.

    5. Select the compatibility mode (OpenAI or Anthropic), and enter the Base URL and API Key.
