Obtain a client
You must download a client that is compatible with your on-premises computer and OS.
Download URL: Download Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client.
Windows clients: support 64-bit Windows 7 or later and are suitable for users who use convenience accounts or enterprise Active Directory (AD) accounts.
macOS clients: support macOS 10.15 or later and are suitable for users who use convenience accounts or enterprise AD accounts.
Install a client
After you download an Alibaba Cloud Workspace client, double-click the client file name and install the client as prompted. After you install the client, you can connect to a cloud computer from the client. For more information, see Log on to a client and manage a password.
