Once an administrator assigns cloud apps to you, you can use a Windows client, macOS client, web client, Android client, or iOS client to access App Streaming. This topic shows you how to use the Windows client to access App Streaming.
Prerequisites
Your administrator must have assigned App Streaming to you. They will then send you an email with your logon credentials, such as an office network ID and a username.
Procedure
Go to the Download Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client page and download the required client.
This topic uses Windows client V6.3.1 as an example. Therefore, select Windows client.
Double-click the downloaded client installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Run the client. In the Office Network ID or Organization ID field, enter the office network ID that you received in your email, and then click the icon.
Enter the username that you received in the email and the password that you set, and then click the icon.
If this is your first time signing in, enter the system-generated initial password and follow the prompts to change it to a new password.
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password at the bottom of the window to reset it.
If you select Auto Sign-in, the client automatically signs you in for the next three days each time you open the client, unless you manually sign out. You will not need to re-enter your logon credentials.
Find the cloud app that you want to use, hover over the application card, and then click Connect.
Use DesktopAssistant
DesktopAssistant is available for cloud applications on the Windows client or macOS client (V6.4 or later).
These examples use Windows client V7.11. If your interface looks different, update to the latest version.
