After the administrator assigns cloud apps to you, you can use a Windows client, macOS client, web client, Android client, or iOS client to access App Streaming. This topic describes how to access App Streaming by using a Windows client.
Prerequisites
Cloud apps are assigned to you by the administrator. After the administrator assigns cloud apps to you, you receive an email that contains information such as the office network ID, username, and logon credential.
Procedure
Open the Download Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client page to download the client.
In this example, a Windows client of Alibaba Cloud Workspace V6.3.1 is downloaded.
Double-click the downloaded client installer and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Run the client, enter the office network ID that you received in your email in the Office Network ID or Organization ID field, and then click the icon.
Enter the username that you received in your email and the password that you set and click the icon.
If you use the client for the first time, enter the initial password that is generated by the system and change the password as prompted.
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password in the lower part of the window to reset your password.
If you select Auto Sign-in and do not exit the client, you are automatically logged on to the client when you open the client within the next three days.
Find the cloud app that you want to access, move the pointer to the application card, and then click Connect.
What to do next
Cloud applications that you log on to by using Windows client or macOS client V6.4 or later support DesktopAssistant. DesktopAssistant for cloud applications supports the following features.
This topic uses the Windows client V7.11 as an example. If your experience does not match the description in this topic, you may be using a different client or your client is outdated. You must update your client to the latest version.
