:Why am I unable to access miniapps on a website that I added to WAF?

Last Updated:Mar 01, 2023

Problem description

After you add a website to Web Application Firewall (WAF), you cannot access miniapps on the website.

Solution

  1. If you can access the apps that use the same domain name as the miniapps, check whether the certificate chain of the certificate that you uploaded is complete. If the certificate chain is incomplete, upload a certificate with a complete certificate chain.

    Note

You can use a website to check whether the certificate chain is complete.

  2. Check whether the website uses multiple ports. If the website uses multiple ports, add all ports to WAF.

  3. Check whether the HTTPS certificate that you uploaded is valid. If the certificate is invalid, renew the certificate at the earliest opportunity.

  4. HTTP 1.0, HTTP 1.1, and WebSocket are supported on all WAF instances. HTTP 2.0 is supported only on WAF 3.0, Business WAF 2.0, and Enterprise WAF 2.0 instances. The SPDY protocol is not supported. If you use unsupported protocols, the protocols are blocked and protocol negotiation fails.
