You can view the logs of an IPsec-VPN server to troubleshoot client connectivity issues.
Background
IPsec-VPN server logs are retained for six months. You can retrieve up to 10 minutes of logs at a time.
Procedure
Log on to the VPN Gateway console.
In the left navigation pane, choose .
In the top navigation bar, select the region of the IPsec server.
On the IPsec-VPN Server page, find the target IPsec-VPN server instance and click View Logs in the Actions column.
On the IPsec-VPN Server Logs page, set a time range to view the logs.
