This topic describes the overdue payment rules for IPsec-VPN connections.
Standard VPN Gateway instances
When IPsec-VPN connections are bound to a Standard VPN Gateway instance and your account becomes overdue, the following rules apply:
The VPN gateway continues to operate normally for 15 days after the payment becomes overdue. Top up your account as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.
If the outstanding balance is not paid within 15 days, the VPN gateway is suspended.
If you top up your account while the VPN gateway is suspended, the system automatically settles the outstanding balance and the VPN gateway resumes service immediately.
If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for 15 days after suspension, the VPN gateway is automatically released.
You will receive a notification by text message and email one day before the VPN gateway is released. After release, all configuration and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
