This topic describes the release history of ApsaraVideo Player SDK for Android and the feature changes in each version.
Note Download the latest version of ApsaraVideo Player SDK.
Important Starting February 14, 2025 (from version 7.0.0), ApsaraVideo Player SDK for mobile will be available in Standard Edition and Professional Edition. To obtain the Professional edition, contact our sales team. For information about how to obtain and integrate a license, see Integrate a license for ApsaraVideo Player.
If your spending on ApsaraVideo VOD, ApsaraVideo Live, or Intelligent Media Services resources reaches a specific amount, you can receive a free one-year license for the Professional edition of ApsaraVideo Player SDK. For more information, see Billing of ApsaraVideo Player SDK.
Newly obtained licenses for the Professional edition of ApsaraVideo Player SDK for mobile are supported only in version 7.0.0 and later. Before you obtain a license, confirm the version of ApsaraVideo Player SDK that is integrated into your application. If you use a version earlier than 7.0.0, the features of the Standard edition are not affected. You must pay to renew the license after it expires.
