This topic introduces the Bill Details page. A detailed bill on the page is the most detailed deduction granularity, and each deduction has a bill record. You can view the consumption details of Alibaba Cloud on the Bill Details page. You can check the usage, prices, and discounts based on the fields in the detail bill. This helps you restore the cost calculation process in an accurate manner. The final bill of the current month on the Bill Details page are issued at 12:00 on the third day of the following month. The data query results before that date are provided only for reference and are not used as the basis for account reconciliation.
Detailed bills
On the Bill Details page, you can view the detailed consumption information of Alibaba Cloud services. The information includes the resource instance, billable item, list price, usage, gross amount, and payable amount. You can select different statistical dimensions and statistical periods to view reports in specific dimensions.
In the left-side navigation pane of the Expenses and Costs console, click Bill Details.
On the Bill Details page, select the data dimension range that you want to query to view the detailed bill data:
Configure custom columns: Click the
icon to configure the columns that you want to view. Export bills: Click the
icon to export bills. On the Bill Export page, download the exported bills.
Configure the filtering conditions based on the following table to obtain detailed billing reports from different dimensions.

Usage details
To view and analyze the usage of a cloud service, you can filter the usage by product name, metering specification, time range, and metering granularity on the View Usage Details page and export the details.
In the left-side navigation pane of the Expenses and Costs console, choose Bill Details.
On the Bill Details page, click View Usage Details.
On the View Usage Details page, select a time period, specify the product information, and then click Export CSV. On the Bill Export page, download the exported bills.
计量规格：指用户在使用阿里云服务时，记录对应资源使用量或资源使用情况的具体数据。
计量粒度：计量规格下推送用量的最小时间单位。
