The Overview of Monthly Bill provides the billing data for settling your account with Alibaba Cloud. You can use this data to make payments or request invoices. The final monthly bill is generated after 12:00 PM on the 2nd day of the following month. Base all payments and invoicing on this final bill.
View a bill
In the Expenses and Costs console, select Billing > Bills. Choose the billing month and the enterprise, organization, or account information to view your bill.
Overview section: Displays the Amount Payable, Paid Amount, and Outstanding Amount for the selected billing month and account(s).
The Overview of Monthly Bill page shows a summary of your bills aggregated by calendar month. The final monthly bill is generated after 12:00 PM on the second day of the following month. Bill statuses include:
Cleared: You have paid the final monthly bill in full.
Being billed: The final monthly bill is not yet available and is accumulating data for the current month.
Uncleared: The final monthly bill is available but has not been paid in full.
Repayment history: Click View Details next to Paid Amount. Then click the amount under Deducted Amount by Coupon, Deducted Amount by Prepaid Card, or Payment Amount to navigate to the Repayment History page, where you can view a detailed breakdown of each payment channel.
Pay a bill: To pay a generated but uncleared bill, click Pay Bill to top up your account and make a payment. For detailed instructions, see Add funds to your Alibaba Cloud account.
View a summary by dimension: You can view summarized billing data by resource purchase account, organization, product, or service entity. To view detailed bills, click View Details in the Actions column of a summary report.

Displays billing data for the specified billing month and account(s), aggregated by resource purchase account.
By Organization
Displays billing data for the specified billing month and account(s), aggregated by organization.
By Product
Displays billing data for the specified billing month and account(s), aggregated by product. You can use this information to identify which Cloud Products have incurred charges.
By Service Entity
Displays billing data for the specified billing month and account(s), aggregated by Alibaba Cloud service entity.
Export a bill
Monthly bill with account information
On the Overview of Monthly Bill page, click Export Bill. On the Export page, select the export scope, then click OK.
If you select Selected Accounts, the exported bill will only include data for the accounts you selected on the Overview of Monthly Bill page.
If you select All, the exported bill will include data for all accounts accessible by the current user.
Alternatively, use the Export Record page.

Monthly product summary bill without account information
On the Overview of Monthly Bill page, select the By Product view, then click the 
icon in the upper-right corner of the summary table.
The downloaded summary reflects the scope (enterprise, organization, or account) selected on the Overview of Monthly Bill page, but does not contain account-specific information.
You can also use this method to download monthly bills summarized by resource purchase account, organization, or service entity.
Configure a daily bill alert
You can set daily spending alerts for your subscribed pay-as-you-go cloud products. If you enable an alert and a product's daily bill exceeds your threshold, you will receive one SMS notification per day. For products billed monthly, a single notification is sent after the bill is generated at the beginning of the next month. The system sends these SMS messages to the contacts configured in the Message Center.
To set consumption alert thresholds by cloud product, click Configure Daily Bill Alert in the top-right corner of the Overview of Monthly Bill page.
You can configure high-cost alerts for a maximum of 10 cloud services.
