Retirement impact
After ApsaraDB for InfluxDB® is sunset:
All features and services will become unavailable, and access to the console will be disabled.
Instance resources will be released.
All support and services will be discontinued.
If you have auto-renewal enabled, billing will continue until the system releases your instances. To avoid additional charges, submit a ticket to release your instances.
Deleting an instance results in data loss. You must migrate or back up your data in advance.
Refund policy
Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid - Amount Consumed
Actual Amount Paid: The cash amount paid for an order. This does not include any amount paid with coupons.
Amount Consumed: Calculated as: Subscription Price × Usage Duration × Applicable Discount for the Usage Duration.
Recommendations
