Impact of EOL
After ApsaraDB for InfluxDB® is fully retired:

All features and services will be discontinued, and you will no longer have access to the product console.

All your instance resources will be released.

We will discontinue all technical support and related services.
Instances with auto-renewal enabled will continue to be billed until the system releases them. To avoid these charges, you can submit a ticket to release your instance manually.
Deleting an instance will result in permanent data loss. Please migrate or back up your data beforehand.
Refund policy
Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid - Consumed Amount

Actual Amount Paid: The amount paid for an order in money. This excludes deductions from vouchers and coupons.

Consumed Amount: Calculated as: subscription price × usage duration × the discount applicable to the usage duration.
